IndiGo's Mumbai to Doha flight 6E 1303 was cancelled after technical issues and procedural delays. Passengers were given refreshments, assistance, hotel accommodations, and rebooking options. Earlier in September, IndiGo apologised for discomfort caused by an air conditioning malfunction on a Delhi-Varanasi flight that led to chaotic conditions due to cabin temperature fluctuations.
