'We aren't giving money for free': Rahul Gandhi shares suggestions received on manifesto

Congress on Thursday tweeted a video featuring Rahul Gandhi talking about suggestions sent by the public on Congress manifesto. The suggestions were sent through Lakhs of comments and thousands of emails on different platforms. He said," We have received different types of positive responses through the audience." Rahul Gandhi in the video was seen responding to both serious and funny emails.
