France submits bid to India's defence ministry for the estimated Rs 50,000 crore deal for 26 Rafale-Marine fighter jets. The bid includes offer, pricing, and other details. Implemented through the Quick Pass mobile app, this initiative aims to reduce harassment and improve traffic compliance efficiency. The QR codes are valid for 12 hours.
