Trudeau alleged that India violated the Vienna Convention by shifting over 40 Canadian diplomats and threatened to strip them of their diplomatic immunity. The strained ties between the two countries began when Trudeau alleged Indian involvement in the killing of a Khalistani separatist. India rejected these allegations as absurd and motivated.
Goa has become the first state in India to issue QR codes for tourists with vehicles to streamline document checks and enhance their travel experience. Implemented through the Quick Pass mobile app, this initiative aims to reduce harassment and improve traffic compliance efficiency. The QR codes are valid for 12 hours.
