PM Modi, before his departure, conveyed his anticipation for the COP-28 Summit on X, saying, "Leaving for Dubai, where I will take part in the COP-28 Summit. This forum will witness important deliberations to strengthen the efforts to overcome climate change and further sustainable development. I will also be interacting with various world leaders on the sidelines of the Summit."
